Where do you get your products?

We carry products from brands and companies that share the same value, goal, and mission with us. Some of our products are handmade locally in Salem, Mass by our team members.

 

Is everything eco-friendly?

Yes. We proudly say that all of our products are eco-friendly and mostly vegan.

 

Do you test on animals?

No. We don’t test on animals or carry any products that are tested on animals. We never have and never will. We also don’t do any business with countries like China that require tests on animals. 

 

Shipping information

What is the processing time for orders? When will my package arrive?

We use USPS shipping every business day, from Monday to Friday. Our processing time is typically 1-2 business days based on order volume, yet we try our best to ship out your order as soon as you place your order! We can't promise the post office's estimated times, and please understand if there is a delay in case of weather or natural disasters. 

 

I have a special delivery instruction

Please let us know if you need us to write down a specific code or place to leave the package. We will note your request on the box for USPS, but we cannot guarantee that USPS will do as requested. 

 

My package was marked delivered but I didn’t get it!

For the security of your package, please note the delivery date to make sure you or someone else can be at your place to receive the package or have the delivery address as your work’s. You are accountable for your package after it is marked delivered. Worst case scenario that your package is stolen, or is marked "delivered" but never arrived, you might be able to file a claim with USPS. However, we are not responsible for stolen packages.

 

Can I cancel the order if I changed my mind?

Once an order has been “CHECKED OUT” or DISPATCHED, we’re unable to make any changes or cancel the order.

Do you ship zero-waste?

YES! WE DO! We ship online orders with our collected reusable boxes. bags, plastic-free and biodegradable materials!
